  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used appropriately
  • To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • To request deletion or destruction of data in accordance with KVKK and applicable law
  • To object to unfavorable outcomes as a result of automated analysis of your data
  • To request compensation in case of damage due to unlawful data processing
7. Methods of Application

You can submit your requests under the KVKK by sending them in writing or via email to kvkk@academicnova.com. Your applications will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of your request.
